Updated Production Times

We are now able to give firm turnaround times across our full product range. Our reduced team have worked incredibly hard to process the backlog of orders we returned to and we are very thankful for their effort. We also want to say thank you to all our customers who have trusted that we will deliver an outstanding service even during these troubling times. 

Royal Mail deliveries are taking longer in many parts of the country, we advise you select DPD for any urgent orders.

DPD deliveries are on schedule in the UK but there are some delays in Ireland.

Production Update

From Monday 27th April, we will be introducing a reduced team into our Production department who will be working hard on completing your orders. Since the order was placed, some delivery addresses might need changed. You can do this by logging into My Account and updating the shipping address on each order.

Deep cleans, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitisers are already standard across our lab and will continue to be available. We have adapted the way we work to make sure our staff can social distance and have a safe and healthy working environment. We are reducing the number of staff who need to access our premises each day by enabling office-based employees to work from home. This includes some of our Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams.

Customer Service

All communications channels with our customer service team are now open. You can now call or email the team with any of your queries.

The showroom will remain closed and collections will be unavailable to protect our staff and our wider Loxley Community.
